Refund policy

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. You will need your order number or other proof of purchase, and upon receiving an exchange, you will no longer be allowed to use the previous digital item.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@ReadyArtShop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with store-credit of the purchase price of your product.

Customization Issues
For any customized products, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any problems. We add in text exactly as received, however, if there are any typos or problems on our end we can absolutely replace those customized products with the proper text.

Unfortunately, if you purchase a customized item and later want to change the text to something entirely different, you will have to purchase the item again.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, even within the 1-day window. Any customized logos, icons, banners or otherwise are personal to you and cannot be exchanged for any reason. 


Refunds
In some cases, refunds can be possible. If you ordered a customized product and we made a mistake in the customizations, let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will issue a full refund on that order. 

Otherwise, as these are digital products, most "returned" items can be exchanged for something different or compensated with store credit only.
